KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia: Political activists, Faizan Mohd Nor and PKR founder, Ng Lum Yong today led dozens of participants in a demonstration in front of Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli's Invoke Solution office to demand that the Pandan MP retire from politics.

Apart from picketing, Faizan will also hand over a memorandum to Rafizi Ramli to demand the same thing.

Speaking to the media, Faizan said that Rafizi Ramli has failed as a politician and minister, therefore, he should take responsibility to retire completely from the world of politics so that this country can return to stability and move forward.

"Enough is enough of destroying this country for your political ambitions, Rafizi,

"Indeed, after you failed to fulfill the promises in the GE15 manifesto and subsequently as the economy minister also failed to develop the country, then you need to take responsibility for retiring," he said.

Previously, Faizan had advised Rafizi Ramli to retire from politics after various parties labelled him as a failed minister and a liability to his own party.

The former PKR Deputy President is also known as the failed 'king of formula', besides claiming that many Pakatan Harapan (PH) supporters felt deceived by the promises made by Rafizi before the 15th General Election (GE15).

Ng Lum Yong, on the other hand, claimed that Rafizi Ramli was the most unsuccessful minister since he was appointed as the Economy Minister in December 2022 before resigning in June 2025.

Based on his observations over the period of almost three years, Rafizi has proven to the public that he failed to fulfill the promises in the PH manifesto for GE15, besides not carry out any economic reforms while he was a minister.

He said that many economic formulas that were drafted were not implemented, and in fact he only knew how to talk.

Commenting further, Faizan said that his party would carry out more programs after this to ensure that Rafizi Ramli retires, whether he himself retires or the people or voters of Pandan stop his political career.
